Frank is a student at Chamisa Elementary School and has been
a member of the chess club for two years. During the past year he has
become one of the strongest young players in New Mexico. Last November he
finished tenth out of 219 players in the Primary Section at the 1996 All
America Cup tournament held in Scottsdale Arizona. At this year's Junior
High School State Championships he was undefeated in winning the Novice
Section. At the High School Championships, he finished third in the Cadet
section. |
